By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions Webshop, there is
an agreement between us and you, our customer. If you have questions about our conditions, please contact us.

Article 1 - Webshop
1.1. The shop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and carries out its statutory contribution
to the IRS. On our website, you can find us Chamber of Commerce and VAT number. Also
You will also find our contact details.

1.2. Our shop is equipped with an SSL Certificate. That means all legal requirements
comply with regard to the security of your personal information and payment details. We
strive for continuous improvement of the security of your data. Abuse by hackers will be reported to the police.

1.3. We do not provide your personal information to third parties. 

1.4. Since June 5, 2012, our shop is required prior permission to ask you about
cookies. If you want you can disable cookies in your web browser

1.5. We are required to report any suspicion of abuse or fraud to the
law enforcement.

1.6. We strive to provide you at all times with an excellent service. When you have
questions about the purchase of a product, our staff will be happy to help.

Article 2 - Cooling

2.1. You have 14 days to change your mind after purchasing a particular product. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase during this term, you can return the product to us without
having to pay for the product itself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning
the product. If you have already made a payment, you receive a
credit note and will be refunded the amount paid by you to your bank account.

Article 3 - The Agreement
3.1. The agreement between the merchant and the customer is final when the customer has paid for the product. After the cooling-off period of 14 days has expired and the payment is received by the merchant, the customer
becomes owner of the product.
3.2. The agreement is established electronically, by means of the filling in the
necessary fields and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

3.3. After your purchase has passed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
It is the product that you purchased, what it costs and where you
can go with complaints and comments.

3.4. We are obliged to you to deliver the product or item within 30 days to you. If due to
unforeseen circumstances, the article can not be delivered within this period, you will be
refunded the purchase amount.

3.5. The supply of products in foreign countries may take longer than in the Netherlands. The
costs charged abroad are visible to you when you decide to purchase the product.

Article 4 - The price
4.1. The prices listed on our web shop, always including VAT. The costs paid
should be for the sending of the product, to be visible when the product
added to your basket.

4.2. The price for the product is listed on the website, and can not be changed during your purchase.
You pay the amount shown on the product and what is also confirmed to you if you electronically agree with the purchase.

4.3. When you buy a product during a period when there are no action prices, you are not eligible for a discount at a later time.

Article 5 - Complaints and guarantee
5.1. Complaints about the provision or the product itself must be reported to us by e-mail, within 14 days of purchase. If it is within our capabilities, we will solve the problem for you.

5.2. Complaints should be handled by us within 14 days. 
5.3. On every product we deliver to you is a guarantee. If you discovered a failure or defect in one of our articles please report to us within 48 hours.
5.4. If the product breaks down within the warranty period, we will send you a new replacing product. That does not apply when there is intent or deliberate damage.
